A little about me

Hi! I’m Kristine, and I am so glad you are here. It tells me two things. You are strong, and you are longing for some kind of change.

It takes strength and courage to be vulnerable, to look inside, want more, and decide to make changes.

The work is worth it; being true to yourself is freeing!

I believe everyone deserves a life of personal and professional joy.

Professional joy comes from spending your time in a place aligned with your core values, doing work you love and that has impact, with people you enjoy and who appreciate you.

I am a Career, Leadership, and Performance Coach, with certification recognized by the International Coaching Federation. Across more than 20 years serving national non-profit and federal government organizations, I have established vision and strategy, driven change, and rallied large multi-faceted teams to achieve success. I currently coach individuals and teams across the public, private, and non-profit sectors on a myriad of topics. I help my clients clarify their values and purpose, shape their paths, strengthen as leaders, and achieve their personal and professional goals.

I hold a Master of Public Health from The George Washington University, a Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Management from the National Intelligence University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. While at Darden, I focused my studies on leadership, and served as the first President of the Darden Network of Executive Women.

I coach with energy, openness, objectivity, respect, and compassion, and I love what I do. It is a privilege to get to know other people on a deep level and see them discover new perspectives, let go of things holding them back, and reach their goals. I cherish the trust my clients place in me.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’d love to learn about you and answer any questions you have about coaching. I look forward to hearing from you!
