Career, Strengths, and Personality Assessments
Starting at $190
Before you can move forward to where you want to be, you must know where you are! I will provide you career, leadership, and/or personality assessments that you will complete independently. You and I review your results independently, and then we will discuss them over one or more coaching sessions. Through these assessments you will gain clarity of your strengths, interests, skills, motivators, character strengths, organizational culture matches, career matches, and more. You can use these insights to tailor your job/career search, strengthen your message in cover letters, resumes, and interviews, and enhance relationships with others.
360-degree Review
Starting at $190
How do your managers, co-workers, and direct reports view your leadership, strengths, and contributions? Do their views align with how you view yourself and want to be seen? A 360-degree review is a performance evaluation tool that solicits anonymous and confidential feedback from all directions. I will give you a template and instructions for completing a 360-degree review. Then, in a 1-hour coaching session, we will discuss the results, and shape strategies for applying them in your professional development and leadership. The results can be affirming, reveal blind spots, and present opportunities for change.
Job Search Strategy
Starting at $190
Sometimes its hard to know where to begin or where you might be off track. Having a strategy can make the process of finding and landing a job easier and faster. In a 1-hour session, I will provide you comprehensive feedback on your current job search strategy including strengths to capitalize on, gaps to fill, and internal threats to mitigate. After our session, I will provide you a written assessment, along with a detailed action plan and resources to use at each step.
Job Research
Starting at $190
It’s easy to go down the rabbit hole! Research can be overwhelming and time consuming. Having a partner can help. After learning about your career history, strengths, and interests, I will independently conduct research and provide you a report detailing organizations, missions, and jobs/vacancies aligned to your specific interests and strengths. One report will include a minimum of 15 recommended organizations and roles.
Networking
$190 per session
We will discuss your networking strategy, progress, findings, and next steps in one or more 1-hour Zoom calls. We can also have a practice informational interview session if you so desire.
Negotiation Preparation
$190 per session
I will provide you a comprehensive negotiation worksheet. We will then have a 1-hour coaching session to discuss your negotiation strategy and/or practice negotiating.
Resume Writing & Review
Starting at $380
You will provide me a copy of your current resume and official description of one position to which you plan to apply. I will review your materials and research the company/organization of interest. We will have a 1-hour Zoom call in which I will ask you detailed questions about your career history and accomplishments. I will then give your resume a complete overhaul and email the updated version to you. I will provide one additional round of edits as needed.
Cover Letter Writing & Review
Starting at $190
I always recommend including a cover letter, even if an organization doesn’t require it. You will provide me a copy of your current resume and cover letter (if available), along with an official description of one position to which you plan to apply. We will have a 1-hour Zoom call in which I ask you detailed questions about your skills, experiences, and values related to the position and company/organization of interest. I will then write or update your cover letter and email it to you. I will provide one round of edits as needed.
Resume & Cover Letter Writing/Review
Starting at $500
You will provide me a copy of your current resume and official description of one position to which you plan to apply. I will review your materials and research the company/organization of interest. We will have a 1-hour Zoom call in which I will ask you detailed questions about your career history, accomplishments, and skills and values aligned to the position and company of interest. I will then write or give your resume and cover letter complete overhauls and email the new/updated versions to you.
LinkedIn Profile Review
Starting at $190
We will have a 1-hour Zoom call in which I will ask you detailed questions about your career history. I will then review your LinkedIn profile and provide you detailed written recommendations for updating your profile. Don’t have an existing LinkedIn profile? I can provide you detailed recommendations for building one tailored to your unique goals.
Interview Preparation
Starting at $500
You will provide me your resume, cover letter, and description of the position for which you are interviewing. I will review those materials, research your organization of interest, and provide you a list of common interview questions and top tips for interviewing. We will then have a 90-minute coaching session. In this session, I will conduct a mock interview, in which I will ask you questions tailored to your organization and position of interest. After the mock interview, I will give you broad and specific feedback. Broadly, I will discuss your presence, delivery, timing, and pace. Specifically, we will talk through your responses for each interview question. We will work through all the details, and in some cases, I will provide outlines for answering certain questions. The goal is that you come out of the session feeling clear and confident about the messages and stories you want to convey in your interview.
